We custom price all our design work according to the specifications of our clients. Below is an example of some of our website pricing structures:

• Basic Custom Website Design (no programming or Flash)
  Starts at $800 - includes purchase or transfer of your domain name to our Registrar Dotster, 1st months hosting on Hostlane, and 5 page CUSTOM website design.
  
  
  
• Custom Website Design with Programming/Database Management and/or Flash:
  Starts at $800 - includes purchase or transfer of your domain name to our Registrar Dotster, 1st months hosting on Hostlane, and 5 page CUSTOM website design (approx $160/page).
  • Programming/Database Additonal Charges: Programming and/or database builds are charged at $55.00 per hour.  
  • Custom Flash Design Additional Charges: Flash Design is charged at $75.00 per hour.
    
    
    
• Basic Custom Website Design for Non-Profit Organizations (no programming or Flash) Non-Profit Organizations receive a 20% discount on regular web design pricing.
  Starts at $640 - includes purchase or transfer of your domain name to our Registrar Dotster, 1st months hosting on Hostlane, and 5 page Custom website design (approx $128/page).
  • Additional Charges for Non-Profit Organizations:
    Programming and/or database builds are charged at $44.00 per hour.
    Flash design is charged at $60.00 per hour.
    
    
    
• Website Maintenance
  Starts at $40.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $40.00 in any month changes are made. (Non-Profit Organizations - receive a 20% discount on the regular hourly website maintenance charge.) Maintenance includes:
  • 4 Photo or Graphic Updates per month
  • Unlimited Text Updates
  • Meta Tag Updates
  • Email and web site technical support after initial transfer setup.
  • Search Engine Submission every six (6) months to the following FREE Search Engines (optional):Google, EntireWeb, AllTheWeb, SurfGopher, SplatSearch, and Subjex, if initially purchased in hosting package.
    (The above Search Engines may change depending on whether they still allow FREE submissions. Successful submission does not guarantee that your site will be listed – All submissions are subject to the rules of the actual Search Engine.)
  • Domain Renewals and Purchases (if required)
  • Domain Management (if required)
  • A custom quote on any major graphical web site changes or upgrades that are not listed above will be provided upon request.
  • MONTHLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST (these monthly agreements are based on at least 2-3 previous months maintenance billed).
    
    
    
• Website Hosting Packages
  Prices start at Basic Package = $15.95 per month to E-Commerce Package = $39.95 per month.
  (Non-Profit Organizations - Basic = $15.95 per month to E-Commerce = $39.95 per month). Packages include:
  • 5-30 Email Accounts (depending on Package)
  • Web-Based Email (retrieve your email from any computer hooked to the Internet)
  • Daily, Weekly or Monthly Web Stats
  • Spam Blocker
  • Basic package starts at 15MB disk space
  • 99.9% up-time
  • ... and much more

Terms & Conditions
Two (2) design concepts are included in the initial pricing structure, additional 1-page design concepts will be charged at $85.00 each page.

At signing of contract between Customer and Web Pzzazz, an invoice will be sent for deposit of 1/3 of total cost. Payment is required for work to proceed. The second 1/3 is required within 30 days of start of contract and the final 1/3 is due upon completion of project.

Web hosting fees are payable on the 1st of each month. First months hosting is included in initial costs. If non-payment of hosting fees occurs for 2 consecutive months web hosting will be suspended until payment is made.
